How will my order be shipped?

Orders from the Continental USA or Canada are shipped UPS Ground . Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or USA Territories are shipped PRIORITY MAIL. All others are shipped INTERNATIONAL MAIL.

Shipping charges are unavailable for International customers. You will be notified separately about shipping costs. International Customers (Those NOT in Canada or USA) please note that you are responsible for any duties, taxes or custom charges levied by your government.

How long will it take to ship my order and how long before I get it?

Most orders are shipped within one to two business days. If an item is on backorder we will notify you immediatly by e-mail.

If you live in the Continental United States or Canada it should take about 6 to 12 days for your shipment to arrive. If you live elsewhere it will take from 2 to 10 weeks. For example it takes about 5 weeks to the United Kingdom, France or Ireland, 6 to 7 weeks to Australia or Japan and 8 to 10 weeks to Brazil.


What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase for replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) as long as the merchandise is in it's original packaging and is unused and in original condition. If the merchandise is not in original condition or used we will charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.
